Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to client enquiries about Tripseed’s diverse range of services and offerings.
- Collaborating with clients to discern their unique requirements, encompassing destinations, durations, and interests. This may require video calls and audio calls with challenging time zones.
- Ensuring clients complete required deposits before initiating the booking process.
- Providing clear explanations of our cancellation policy, highlighting key dates and associated penalties.
- Adapting to and respecting clients’ budget constraints while maintaining the quality of their experience.
- Thoughtfully selecting transportation options that align with clients’ financial parameters, preferred travel times, and transit durations.
- Coordinating with the Operations team to ensure your bookings are seamlessly executed as per your client’s requests.
- Securing accommodations that align with both budgetary considerations and preferred locations.
- Crafting engaging and tailored excursions based on individual client preferences and desires.
- Addressing and accommodating mobility and medical needs throughout the trip planning journey.
- Assist the Operations team as the booking owner if any additional trip elements are required while clients are on-trip.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Preferred qualification in tourism or related field.
- Demonstrated experience as a travel consultant, showcasing expertise in both local and international travel arrangements.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy with excellent desktop research and professional writing skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, encompassing clear communication, respect, and a high level of empathy.
- Proven ability to source competitive quotes that align with clients’ preferences.
- Self-motivated, capable of delivering multiple outputs within tight timeframes when required.
- Dedicated to delivering exceptional service that consistently exceeds clients’ expectations.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, as required by client/partner time zones.
