The tour departs at 09:00 for the one and a half hour drive to Huai Mae Khamin Waterfall, inside of Sri Nakharin National Park. The national park receives a tenth of the visitors of nearby Erawan, but is just as beautiful. Seven main tiers of falls cascade along an easy, well-marked hiking trail along which our guide will teach all about the area’s flora and fauna. There are opportunities to swim in a number of the pools, and often find a little corner of nature all to yourself.
Afterwards, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
Following lunch, head to one of Thailand’s largest lakes, Srinakarin, created when its namesake dam was built in the 1980’s. Fishing boats and floating hotels populate the lake, but don’t distract from the area’s beauty.
After soaking in the sights of the area, depart for your hotel, returning around 3:00pm
